Eshopzon Refund & Return Policy

Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help through our Refund and Return Policy outlined below.


1. RETURNS

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@eshopzon.com with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, our courier partner will collect the product from your address.

Return is not accepted if:

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer.

  • The original packaging, accessories, or tags are missing.

  • The product falls under the non-returnable category (such as perishable, hygiene, or customized items).


2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to support@eshopzon.com.

  • Please include clear photographs or a short video showing the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.

  • You will not be charged any additional shipping cost in such cases.


3. REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to your original payment method (Bank, UPI, or Wallet).

  • If the refund takes longer than 10 days to appear, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then email us at support@eshopzon.com for assistance.


4. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Opened hygiene-related items (cosmetics, masks, undergarments, etc.)

  • Perishable or time-sensitive goods


5. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment mode.
